High Country Espresso is the name of Dobson Creek’s only espresso blend. It would be considered a classic espresso blend: Sustaining crème, Syrupy viscosity, Well balanced, Strong reminders of rich chocolate, and finishing with deep cherry – berry tones. It is a natural processed Brazil blended with two other high scoring coffees. These two coffees sometime score so high, as a single origin that we increase the percentage! (Working with single origin espresso is a favorite past time. The intense, vast differences between origins could be the most exciting thing about straight espresso.)
